Common questions.
Do vendors need a website or a payment link?
No. A vendor enters whatever they already know — a Cash App name, a Venmo username, a phone number, a website. ViaMia turns it into a link and shows a preview to confirm.
Does ViaMia hold or move money?
No. Guests are sent straight to the vendor's own destination. ViaMia handles identity, the host's check, and routing.
What does it cost?
ViaMia by BTEK is free to use for hosts and vendors during this launch. There is no per-payment fee — payments go directly between guest and vendor.
What if a vendor changes where they get paid?
Payments to that vendor pause automatically until the host checks and confirms the new destination.
Can a host run the event from more than one device?
Yes. Start on a phone, finish on a laptop — your work is saved on the server, and every authorized device sees the same live state.
How do guests know a payment path is safe?
Guests only see a "continue" button once the event is live and the host has confirmed that exact destination. Anything else shows "payments aren't open".
